All orders must be paid in full before shipping (unless Cash on Delivery is selected).
We reserve the right to cancel any suspicious or fraudulent orders.

4. Shipping Policy
Orders are usually processed and shipped within 2–4 working days.
Delivery time depends on your city/location (usually 3–7 days in Pakistan).
Shipping charges are non-refundable.

5. Return & Refund Policy
Returns are only accepted in the following cases:
Wrong parcel received
Damaged or defective item
Important Conditions:
Parcel opening ka clear video proof compulsory hai.
Without video proof, no return/refund claim will be entertained.
Claim must be submitted within 24 hours of receiving the parcel.
Product must be unused, sealed, and in its original packaging.
“Change of mind” or “dislike” reasons will not be accepted.
Once your return is approved, refund or replacement will be processed within 10 - 14 working days.
