Shipping policy

1. Returned Parcels & Reshipment:

If a customer’s parcel is returned due to non-receipt or refusal, and the customer requests the same order to be re-sent, a minimum of 50% advance payment will be required before reshipment. The customer must share a valid payment screenshot as proof of advance.

If the parcel is returned again after reshipment, the delivery expenses (including charges from both the first and second dispatch attempts) will be deducted from the advance payment. Any remaining balance (if applicable) will be refunded within 10–14 business days.

 

2. Self-Collection Orders (Courier Office Pickup):

For orders requested for self-collection from the courier office, customers are required to pay a 50% advance.

Orders for self-collection will not be processed without advance payment.

 

Orders are processed and dispatched within 1–2 working days.

Estimated delivery time:

2–4 working days for major cities

4–7 working days for other areas


Free Delivery on all orders above Rs. 1300. For orders below Rs. 1300, standard delivery charges apply.

Once your order is shipped, a confirmation email will be sent to you.

If you would like to receive a tracking number, please contact us directly on WhatsApp.
