Refund policy

At The Iconic Skin, we ensure the best quality skincare products for our customers. However, due to the nature of skincare items, we follow a strict return and refund policy as mentioned below:

✅ Eligibility for Return & Refund

1. Return or refund will only be accepted if:

Wrong parcel has been delivered.

Damaged product is received.

 

2. In any other case (change of mind, dislike of product, used/opened items), no return or refund will be accepted.

📸 Mandatory Proof Requirement

Customer must record a clear video while opening the parcel.

The video must show the parcel from start to end without cuts/edits.

Only this opening video will be accepted as proof.

Photos or separate videos sent later will not be accepted.

Without proof, no claim will be processed.

⏳ Timeframe for Claim

Any return/refund claim must be made within 24 hours of parcel delivery.

Claims made after 24 hours will not be accepted under any circumstances.

💰 Refund/Return Process

Once the claim is verified, refund or replacement process will take 10–14 working days.

In case of return, the customer must send the parcel back to our provided address via courier.

Return shipping cost will be the customer’s responsibility.

Customers are strictly advised to read and understand our Terms & Conditions carefully before placing an order. Once the order is placed, any form of dispute, argument, or complaint outside the defined policy will not be entertained.

Any act of abusive language, harassment, intimidation, or threats directed towards our staff will not be tolerated under any circumstances. In such cases, the company reserves the unconditional right to initiate legal proceedings against the concerned individual.
